- 3 Chicken Breasts (Chopped)
- 2 TBSP Plain Flour
- 300G Sweetcorn
- 250G Sliced Mushrooms
- 1L of Chicken Stock
- 1 Yellow Onion (Diced)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mashed Potatoes to top the pie

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Spray a large frying pan with frylight.
Add the chicken and cook until browned, then remove and set to one side.
Add the onions and flour to the pan and gradually add the stock until you end up with a sauce which is as thick as you would like it. Season with the salt and pepper
Add the chicken, sweetcorn and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the pie filling to ether a large baking dish, or 2 smaller single serving baking dishes.
Top with mashed potato and place into the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
