30 ‘Til 30 Recipe 22
I have said before how much I love baked oats for breakfast, they are filling, delicious and you can add whatever you want. I have also said how much I don’t love yoghurt, well these specific oats are an exception. The chocolate chips and liquid chocolate in this recipe almost make me forget there is yoghurt in them.
You can add whatever you like to these oats, you can add fruit, nuts, you could even just have them plain if you like, I sometimes add white chocolate chips and raspberries, but the reason I am a fan of this recipe is also because it is a simple recipe for 1 portion.
Preheat your oven to 180ºC
All you need to do is mix all of the ingredients except for the liquid chocolate together in a bowl, you can do this in a normal dish and then transfer it to a single serve baking dish, or you can mix it straight into the baking dish.
Then add drops of the liquid chocolate into the mix and take a knife, or teaspoon and gently swirl the liquid chocolate into the mixture.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until set.
